At DressionStore, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your DressionStore account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
